SmartTVCrew provides professional TV installation, wall mounting, repair assistance, and home entertainment setup services. All services are performed by trained technicians or verified partners.
2. Booking & Confirmation
- Bookings made through our website or phone must include accurate customer details.
- A booking is considered confirmed only when you receive an official confirmation message.
- Technician arrival times may vary based on location, availability, and weather conditions.
3. Service Charges
- Service fees depend on the type of installation, TV size, location, and additional requirements.
- Any extra material (brackets, cables, accessories) will be charged separately.
- All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
4. Customer Responsibilities
- Ensure safe and accessible working space for the technician.
- Provide accurate details about the TV model, wall type, and installation environment.
- Keep valuable items secure before the technician arrives.
5. Warranty & Liability
- We provide a limited service warranty depending on the service type.
- SmartTVCrew is not responsible for pre-existing issues such as faulty TV units, weak walls, electrical problems, etc.
- Mounts and accessories provided by the customer must be compatible; otherwise, SmartTVCrew holds no liability.
6. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- You may reschedule your appointment up to 2 hours before the technician arrives.
- Last-minute cancellations may incur a minimal service charge.
7. Payments
- Payments can be made via UPI, card, wallet, or cash after service completion.
- Advance payments (if applicable) are non-refundable after technician dispatch.
8. Prohibited Activities
- Misusing the platform or providing false information.
- Requesting services that violate safety standards or legal requirements.
9. Third-Party Services
We may use external vendors (payments, analytics, logistics). SmartTVCrew is not responsible for issues arising from third-party platforms or service providers.
10. Changes to Terms
